Who we are

HouseReady is an early-stage UK project for student house groups, currently being built with a free Starter Pack and open early-access list. For any question about this policy or your data, please contact us via the form.

What we collect

• Starter Pack and early access: your email address.
• Optional group profile: university or city, approximate group size and when you expect to begin house hunting.
• Contact form: the message you send us, the email address you provide, and your name if you choose to share it.
• Marketing attribution: the page you landed on, the site that referred you, UTM parameters and TikTok campaign or click identifiers when present.
• With analytics consent, first-party funnel events such as page and form views, button clicks, validation outcomes and completed signups, together with an anonymous session identifier and the relevant campaign attribution.
• Consent-gated marketing measurement through TikTok Pixel.

Where it is stored

Waitlist and contact data is stored on Lovable Cloud (which uses Supabase infrastructure) on our behalf. We do not share your details with letting agents or landlords.

How we use it

• To provide the Starter Pack on the signup success screen, manage your early-access registration and contact you about the early access you requested, including an invitation if your group is selected.
• To send optional house-hunting guidance or product updates only if you separately opt in when that choice becomes available.
• To use optional profile answers to understand student needs and prioritise suitable early-access groups.
• To reply to your messages and shape what we build.
• To understand which channels, campaigns and ads bring the right groups to us.

Cookies and analytics

First-party funnel events are recorded only after you accept analytics cookies. They use an anonymous session identifier and do not include your email address. The TikTok Pixel library is not downloaded, and no TikTok marketing events are sent, until you accept marketing cookies in the banner. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Your rights & unsubscribe

Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you about early access or withdraw any optional email consent at any time. Until an automated preference route is available, send the request through our contact form and we will action it within 30 days.

Sharing

We do not sell your data and we do not share your details with estate agents or landlords. We use trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, database) who process data on our behalf under standard contractual terms.
